Hi, I’m Yvonne.
Mom first. Photographer second.
My photography career didn’t start with a business plan. It started with my own kids.
I picked up a camera because I couldn’t stand how fast they were changing. The baby rolls. The gap-toothed grins. The way they reached for me without thinking. I fell in love with photographing them, and somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to do this for other families too. Because once you’re a mom, everything feels different. You understand how fleeting it is. How loud and chaotic and beautiful it all can be. How your heart can feel fuller than your body can contain. That’s the lens I bring into every session.
Yes, I’ll guide you. Yes, we’ll get the “everyone smiling at the camera” shot. But what I’m really watching for are the in-between moments. The way your toddler presses their forehead into yours. The way he instinctively pulls you closer. The way you look at your baby like you’re still in awe that they’re yours.
I photograph families, maternity, newborns, couples — people who don’t want stiff or overly posed. People who want images that feel honest.
Because this isn’t just about documenting how it looked.
It’s about remembering how it felt.
#1 Atlanta Falcons fan, through everything
Things you probably should know…
I love hugs. The real kind. If your kid runs into my arms at the end of a session, I consider that a win.
I love football. I am loyal to the Atlanta Falcons, which means I understand commitment…and emotional resilience.
Coffee happens before productivity. That’s a boundary.
My family is everything. And my tribe? Chosen. On purpose.
Sunshine resets me. The smell of old books make me happy. Delicious food is an experience, not just a meal.
Give me texture. Layers. Personality: perfectly “matchy matchy” outfits are boring.
I will have a plan; I’m slightly OCD in the best possible way. I will have wipes. I will have bubbles. I will have the “just in case” things you didn’t even know you needed.
